Mission Fête Brut Cuvée

Mission Fête is pressed very gently in a traditional manner.  It is then partially barrel-fermented and aged for over a year. Using the Charmat process, it is then fermented for a month in a pressure tank and then bottled.  The result is that it delivers a delicate wine with aromas of pear and apple.  The palate is fresh and clean, with citrus and hints of freshly baked bread.
