Featuring Winemaker James Ostergren talking all things wine, and Executive Chef Ricky Littleton sharing his passion for food; the Winemaker Dining Series is a must for wine lovers and foodies alike.
Join us for the Vintage Wine Pairing Dinner, an exciting food journey through a specially designed five-course degustation – complete with wine matches. You will be given the opportunity to sample two vintages of each wine with every course!
The menu is a gastronomic adventure featuring veal, salmon, quail, a treacle cured venison rack and bitter chocolate mousse with raspberry and merlot macaron to finish!
Stunning wine matches include: Reserve Semillon 2015| 2018; Jewelstone 2019| Huchet Chardonnay 2018; Reserve Cabernet Franc 2016 | 2018; Jewelstone Syrah 2015 | 2019; and Jewelstone Antoine 2015 | 2018.
Taste the complexities and characteristics of these beautiful wines, and note subtleties of the different vintages.
