Mission Sparkling Fête

Hand harvested from Pinot Gris and Chardonnay fruit, Mission Fete is pressed very gently in a traditional manner.  It is then partially barrel fermented and aged for over a year.  Using the Charmat process it is then fermented for a month in a pressure tank then bottled.  The result is that it delivers a delicate wine with aromas of pear and apple.  The palate is fresh and clean with citrus and hints of freshly baked bread.
