What are ‘Mission Rewards’?

Mission Rewards is loyalty programme whereby every dollar you spend at our Cellar Door or on our website will earn you points to access benefits at different tiers. You will also be credited an equivalent of 3% of your spend in your Mission Wallet which can be redeemed on future Mission purchases, either online or at our Cellar Door.

We want everyone to benefit from our Mission Rewards so there are four tiers to suit you.

NB. Mission Rewards cannot be accrued or earned in the Mission Restaurant.

In addition to receiving priority access and bookings for Mission wine, experiences and events, members enjoy several benefits, including

  • 3% of your total spend credited to your account for future redemption
  • On joining, receive a voucher for 10% for your next order of Estate, VS, Mission Gaia Project or Reserve wines

  • Free freight for online purchases of six bottles or more for Silver tier and above

  • 200 bonus points to get you started on joining Mission Rewards loyalty programme

Simply create an account online or at our Cellar Door and you will be allocated a Membership Number against which your points and credit will be accrued. For every purchase you make with Mission, your membership account will be credited two points per dollar spent, and an equivalent of 3% of the value spent in your Mission Wallet to be redeemed at a later date.

On joining, and to welcome you to the Mission family, you will be offered a 10% saving off for your first order for any six bottles from our Estate, VS, Mission Gaia Project or Reserve ranges and your wine will be shipped to you freight free. We’ll also give you 200 bonus points just for joining up!

You can also earn points by purchasing Cellar Door tastings, wine & food, merchandise, and events. The more points you earn, the higher your tier becomes.

Visit our website or Cellar Door.  Simply create an account and select a password. A Membership Number will then be allocated, and you will be registered for points accrual and added to our Mission Rewards mailing list to receive emails with Mission offers.

No, your annual membership is FREE. You are only required to purchase a minimum of six bottles of wine to access the welcome pricing deal and bonus joining points.

Based on the amount of points you earn through making purchases, the following tiers can be achieved.

  • New member Bronze tier
  • Accrue 1,200 points to achieve Silver tier. Spend required is $600.
  • Accrue 2,400 points to achieve Gold tier. Spend required is $1,200.
  • Accrue 4,000 points achieve Platinum tier. Spend required is $2,000.

Yes, your tier will last for 12 months from when you achieve it. To maintain your tier you must spend the same amount in the following 12 months.

Mission Rewards is a loyalty programme which rewards our Mission fans with points and related benefits as well as credits which can be redeemed on future Mission purchases. There is no annual membership fee or automatic shipments of wine unless you choose it. You can purchase wine, event tickets, cellar door tastings, and other non-wine merchandise while earning points and reward points for your Mission Wallet.

Points are accumulated on the value of 2 points for every $1 spent. Regular offers will be made to members to allow further and faster accumulation of points for purchases made.
No, Mission Rewards points are only available on wine purchases made directly from our Cellar Door or website.

Rewards & Redemptions

By logging onto your Membership Account at missionestate.co.nz you can keep up to date with your current tiers and any credit you may have accrued in your Mission Wallet.

Your accrued points can be used to purchase

  • Wine via our online shop or from our Cellar Door
  • Mission Cellar Door merchandise
  • Mission Cellar Door vouchers
  • Mission Cellar Door tastings
  • Mission Cellar Door event tickets

All reward redemptions are subject to availability at the time of your request. Reward points or credit will not be deducted from your account until your redemption request has been confirmed.

Your membership account will show your points balance and any accrued credit in your Mission Wallet.
Log into your account, select your items for purchase and proceed to the checkout.  At the checkout there will be an option to redeem credit from your Mission Wallet against your total purchase amount.

No, your membership account and accrued points are yours personally and cannot be combined with any other account.

Accrued credit will expire after three years.  However, you will be notified by email one month prior to expiration.  If there is no activity on your membership account for a period of 36 months your account will be deemed inactive and your membership cancelled.  All accrued points or credit will be forfeited at this stage.

Points expire after 12 months. You must collate the required points in each 12-month period to retain your tier.
