Mission Fête Brut Cuvée is pressed very gently in a traditional manner.  It is then partially barrel-fermented and aged for over a year. Using the Charmat process, it is then fermented for a month in a pressure tank and then bottled.  The result is that it delivers a delicate wine with aromas of pear and apple.  The palate is fresh and clean, with citrus and hints of freshly baked bread.

”Zesty with delicate pear and apple and fine mousse.”
Grown on our historic vineyard, this sparkling wine was partially fermented in French oak barrels for 15 months for complexity of character. Aromas of delicate pear and apple with a zesty palate showing lemon, lime and nutty notes.
